Mine and Norman's paths first crossed many years ago in the very early 1970s when we both worked in the motor trade in Northampton,might even have been the late 60s,little did we know we would become brothers in law in later years, he was a very gentle kindly person who had a very laid back approach to all life's problems, he was so good for my sister and you could tell instantly that they loved each other deeply, I was so pleased when they asked me to give Barbara away at their wedding, my everlasting memory of Norman will be his softly spoken words in the background whenever I was on the phone to Barbara and she was getting annoyed the quote was  (CALM DOWN DEAR),
